AUTOMATED TRADING – KRAITOS 4.3, ELITE & X
Kraitos 4.3 classic continues to amaze me to be honest. With its solid strategy and functionality it is a tool that continues to make money when used correctly. It does have some nags in cases where prices continue moving for a long time without retracements. Otherwise it is still a solid performer!
Kraitos X with its new settings is being put to the test lately – gold has bee running amok. Everything above 0.01/1k lot size should work. Personally would not recommend anything below 0.01/3k of balance.
Kraitos Elite is making gains. With more pair based optimization it is getting better and better. Now 4 pairs have been optimized to run separately. Also the “all pairs” settings have been released. Those have been running on some accounts for close to 2 years now – a minimum balance of 10k is advised for the latter.
AUTOMATED TRADING – FLASH & GEARBOX
Flash did a very good results in April – may be I stopped using it too soon? My issue was the account size since I was running it only on a 1k account. At this point with the settings the promotional account uses, would not go below 10k in balance.
Gearbox 3.0 did a very good result. This might be a thorn for some because there are some accounts currently in DD and some that took losses in recent months due to USD volatility. When comparing Gearbox results, it can take a year or even longer for the results to even out. So far it seems the promotional account is doing will with a lot sizing of 0.01/3k. Let’s continue observing!
COPYTRADING, CRYPTO ADVANTAGE & JOHN WICK SIGNALS
Copytrading had a lot of action but the result was a 0. Still better than having a losing month! Too early to make any serious conclusions, so lets see what the stats are when 6 months is up.
Crypto Advantage has no news for now. It is still 100% hedged and I hope there will be some changes soon. Lets see.
John Wick Signals is still setting their sights, so no good news to share there yet.
IS THE SECOND QUARTER TURNING OUT AS EXPECTED?
Second quarter is starting to become everything and more than what I expected it to be. April was wild and while I am writing this in May – I can say May is no different. Some professional traders are saying they have never seen such difficult markets. When observing price action myself – I have to admit, that it is very unpredictable and going against many so called rules that price action usually follows. This can cause traders to lose balance and take decisions that will cause losses. As the last time – keep your risk management tight!
